About Us

Joseph Marsh is the current startup founder of IconiqAllure, which he started to fight the social problem of decreased safety in our day-to-day lives. He is also a highly-skilled, entrepreneurial-minded leader who is an accomplished aerospace-industry professional with a track record of results-driven success in his career. Joseph began his career in the aviation side of the U.S. Navy, where he obtained overseas experience before transitioning to the private sector, Joseph has worked in various capacities as a contractor for aerospace companies while transitioning to the fashion industry.

In 2024, Joseph then founded MRepGlobal, a sales and startup advisory firm. With a suite of clients comprised of startups as well as international brands seeking to break into the North American market, he is engaged in both B2B and B2C services. On the business-to-consumer side MRepGlobal provides services that include the following services; executive, startup pitch, and sales coaching; the curation of investor lists and pitch; as well as startup pitch deck creation and editing. We can assist with nearly any industry, from startups to small business entrepreneurs.

On the B2B side, MRepGlobal has a range of clients with a majority comprised of the fashion and beauty industries, with some being sourcing companies and private label manufacturers while others are upscale children's couture, resort wear brands, and fashion houses. We welcome boutiques, departments stores, hotels, resorts and more to reach out to our firm and view are portfolio of clients.
